Orders are shipped within 2 business days of receipt.

Orders are shipped ground freight by carrier of Arylide Life Sciences choice.

Any damages, shortages, losses, loss in transit or incorrect shipments must be reported to Customer Care Centre by email at orders@arylide.com or by telephone at 1-877-661-2711 within 5 business days of receipt.
